On Thursday, April 1st, 1920, the Ottawa Senators of
the National Hockey League defeated the Seattle Metropolitans of the Pacific
Coast Hockey Association at Mutual Street Arena in Toronto to win the seventh
Stanley Cup Finals three games to two. It was the first Stanley Cup
championship for the original Senators franchise, and the third that was won in
Ontario. These are the top five players that I felt most stood out during the
series.

4. #6 Frank Foyston (Metropolitans)- F
Foyston earned player of the game honors in game four,
scoring two goals and an assist in the Metropolitans’ 5-2.
3. #1 Hap Holmes (Metropolitans)- G
Holmes got player of the game in game three, giving up
just one goal as the Metropolitans won it 3-1.
2. #6 Jack Darragh (Senators)- F
Darragh picked up player of the game honors in game five,
scoring three goals as the Senators won it 6-1 to claim the series title.
