On Sunday, November 22nd,
2015, the 2015 NASCAR Cup Series season concluded with Kyle Busch defeating Kevin
Harvick by 1 point to win the 67th championship in Cup Series history. It was
the first Cup Series championship for Busch. Kevin Harvick claimed the regular
season championship.
The 2015 Daytona 500 was
won by Joey Logano, while Jeff Gordon led the most laps with 87.

Gordon claimed the third spot with one win, five top-fives
and 21 top-10s for an average finish of 13.7, while leading the most laps in
one race.
2. #4 Kevin Harvick (-1, Finished 2nd in final race)
Harvick took runner-up as he had three wins, 23
top-fives and 28 top-10s, for an average finish of 8.7. Harvick led the most
laps in 11 races.
1. #18 Kyle Busch (Won final race)
Busch earned the championship as he took five wins, 12
top-fives and 16 top-10s in just 25 races, getting an average finish of 10.8.
Busch also led the most laps in three races.
